The Prisons and Probation Ombudsman (PPO) aims to provide the highest standards of service and to get things right. However, we appreciate that we may not always achieve this, and that people may wish to complain to us about our service*.

Click here to view our Complaints about the Professional Conduct of Prisons and Probation Ombudsman staff policy.
