The PPO’s complaints teams work hard to make our service accessible to everyone. If English is not your first language, don’t worry:

  • Just write to us explaining your complaint in your own language
  • PPO uses a fast and reliable translation service
  • If you wish to speak to us in your own language, let us know in advance and we will provide an interpreter.

PPO provides leaflets and posters for prisons, young offender institutions, immigration removal centres and probation approved premises explaining who we are and how to make a complaint.

We have translated the prison and immigration removal centre leaflets into many different languages, all available to download and print below.  If you cannot find your own language, please contact us and we will arrange for you to receive special help. Please visit this page, if you want to view the digital copies of the translated leaflets.
